Custom Bennett Builds

Bennett Brothers Yachts history in custom building power and sailing vessels stretches back to 1986 with Paul Bennett’s vision to develop a world-renowned boat building brand. Bennett Brothers Yachts began building vessels under various marks with final hulls branded under the Bennett Brothers Yachts namesake. Bennett Brothers Yachts notable models include the Bennett 48 and Bennett 46 sailing sloops and the Bennett 48 sportfishing convertible.

Bennett 48 Sailing Sloop

The Sparkman Stephens designed Bennett 48 hull #1 emerged in 1991 and was geared for the cruising couple in mind. Well outfitted for comfort underway, the Bennett 48 offered flexibility for entertaining guests and security for passage making.

Bennett 46 Sailing Sloop

The Bruce Marek designed Bennett 46 hull #1 emerged in 1994 and was crafted for the performance sailing enthusiast. Speed underway was a critical variable in the construction of the 46. The ability to make quick passages with comfort and accommodation was a winning combination that let to the 46s nomination for the first ever Cruising World Boat of the Year in 1994.

Cape Fear 47 Sportfishing Convertible

Designed by Lee Dana and Lou Codega, hull #1 of the Bennett 47 Convertible splashed in 2000 to the delight of the Carolina built sportfishing community. The Bennett 47 has relentlessly pursued trophy fish offshore and is recognized as a reliable well-appointed performer in the heaviest of seas.
